HOW TO ORDER
After you submit your online order, we receive your order, name, address and your individual purchase number at once via e-mail. However, it is a good idea to print out your purchase order to keep for your records. |

WARRANTY
Our products have lifetime warranty. You can return the item within 30 of your purchase, for any reason. The returned item should have no damages, and be shipped as originally packaged. Sorry, we will not reimburse your shipping cost.
If you find (within 30 days of your receipt of the item) that the item is not in a proper condition, due to craftsmanship or the quality of the parts/materials, we will replace it and reimburse your shipping cost. This warranty does not cover damages made by customer or damages made during shipping. |

RETURNING THE PRODUCT
Before returning the item(s) please e-mail us. Items, which need to be replaced, must be shipped to Solsons Exports Pvt. Ltd. The returned items should be packed properly as they were when shipped to you. |

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST
The regular S&H cost is 15% of the purchase value. It is calculated automatically while you shop on our site. The shipping cost covers regular US Postal service. This cost does not cover any other postal service, method, or insurance.. Please contact us for these additional services. |

We ship internationally. However, we have kept flat shipping rates globally for your convenience. All international shipping is made without insurance. |
